Knox provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from text prompts, generate AI avatar content, and compose professional-quality video assets. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide a valid email address for authentication
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Create deepfake or misleading content intended to deceive others
- Impersonate any person or entity without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond what we provide
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of the text prompts, scripts, and other inputs you provide to the Service. Videos generated through your use of the Service are owned by you, subject to the licenses granted herein.
License to Knox
By uploading content to the Service, you grant Knox a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided “as-is.” You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights before publishing or distributing it.
6. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account through the Service settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knox operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
